1. Net Convection Products - Appreciation Period and Return Policy
- Our company complies with the provisions of the "Consumer Protection Act" and online shopping consumers enjoy the rights of a "seven-day appreciation period" from the date of product arrival.
- The appreciation period is not a trial period! During the appreciation period, if the product is not used, you can enjoy one-time product return or exchange service without paying any shipping and handling fees.
- If the purchased product is a personal item that will come into contact with the mouth, nose or private parts of the human body, such as masks, headscarves, etc., in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, once the product is unpacked and taken out, it will be deemed as a trial and no returns will be processed. We will never resell products used by others to consumers.
- Returned goods must retain the integrity of the product body, accessories, gifts, original packaging, etc. Returns will not be processed if there are any damages or marks caused by improper use.
- Net Convection will issue a refund once the return is received and inspection is completed. Only those who use "Supermarket Pickup Payment" and "ATM Transfer" need to provide your refund account information (bank, branch, account, account name), which will be processed by Net Convection on a fixed monthly withdrawal date (default is every On the 30th of the month) we will arrange for over-the-counter remittance to you.
- After partial returns, if the free shipping threshold is not reached, Net Convection will charge a shipping fee of NT$80 plus handling fee.

3. Conditions in which warranty is not applicable
When the following conditions occur, free warranty service will not be provided even within the warranty period:
- Not purchased through officially recognized channels (ex. For buyers on auction platforms, please see the instructions below).
- The nasal pressure strip is broken after use (it is difficult to determine because it is related to human use, please contact customer service to handle it separately)
- Damage caused by natural disasters or improper human use or modification.
- Failure and damage caused by self-transportation or movement.
4. Reference basis for warranty start date
Choose one of the following:
- The invoice from the time of purchase (paper or electronic invoice is acceptable) or the receipt stamped with the store seal.
- The date marked or filled in by the distributor on the warranty sticker (only for electronic products).
- In the absence of any of the above certificates, the date of calculation will be based on the date of product manufacturing.

- For sellers not approved by Net Convection, the products may be imitations or brand new products, or genuine products obtained through improper channels. Therefore, Net Convection has the right to refuse to grant warranty rights. Consumers are advised to pay more attention before purchasing.
